Booking a collection


Please remember that to ensure successful collections are made, make sure we have your bookings by 12pm the previous working day.

Monday collection - 12pm Friday

Friday collection - 12pm Thursday


Our Booking system could not be simpler. If you are a single property owner booking multiple bookings through the year, or a multiple property owner, or an agency making more complicated bookings, we have you covered!

Remember, if you don’t already hold an account with Chenoweths Trading Co, or CTC Waste, you need an account before you can make a booking.

How to cancel a collection…

When booking via the ‘Book a collection’ button

Go to your confirmation email received post booking.

Scroll down to the bottom of the email and follow the option to ‘change/cancel appointment’

The office will then receive your request and process the cancellation.

Ring/email the team 01872 501 221/info@ctcwaste.com and we can make the cancellation for you.

Please note that cancelling via the office team will mean you may still receive your automated reminder, which can be ignored.
